    We at Luxury Wash On Wheels offer many additional services in the form of add-ons when it comes to auto detailing. Such services include, but are not limited to, RainX windshield protectant and leather conditioning just to list a few. The benefit of being a VIP member who patronizes our detailing shop regularly is that while these services normally come with added costs, they are included at no additional cost to you!

  • Is this cost locked in or will it increase in the future?

    We at Luxury Wash On Wheels are consistently looking for better detailing products and solutions to implement and more detailers to use those products. Advancements in the vehicle detailing industry are always being made and as such, our prices do adapt to accommodate the increased cost(s) of certain products, items, equipment, and the services that involve them. This includes our maintenance detailing package. When anything changes on our end with regard to our in-house detailing services or mobile auto detailing unit, we will not only notify you, but the change will NOT affect you until your next VIP detailing program renewal.

  • Are there any prerequisites for becoming a VIP member?

    Yes, which is how we set apart vehicles that will benefit from being part of our maintenance plan and how we determine what vehicles need more care prior to regular detailing appointments. We do require you to have a prior service with us. We want to bring the best services to every VIP customer, so by having regularly maintained vehicles be part of this roster, services can be done expertly and without delay.

  • What if I sell my vehicle and get a new one? How does that affect my membership?

    The VIP detailing program is a non-transferable account and as such, we will not be able to move it to another vehicle. If you purchase a new vehicle, that vehicle will need to be fully detailed by way of one of our exterior and interior detailing packages BEFORE signing up for the VIP detailing program once again. Bear in mind, we WILL have your information handy from your previous membership, so reapplying will be an easy effort.
